Polytec offer Study Management for the Early-Phase programmes:

  • Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Understand and strive to ensure all HSE Objectives are obtained
  • Assist in identifying project risks
  • Preparation of the scope of work for the overall work
  • Provide progress reports
  • Conduct regular reviews of schedule and cost performance to ensure budget requirements are met
  • Implement scope change in accordance with project change management procedures
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are in place prior to commencement of any work
  • Align 3rd party consultants on key project drivers, priorities of work and project milestone dates
  • Manage third party consultant’s work to achieve HSE, quality, technical, schedule and budget requirements of the project
  • Develop a collaborative approach between the company and 3rd party consultants used in the work
  • Review the work of 3rd party consultants and the disseminate the pertinent information to relevant groups in the organisation
  • Interface with all key stakeholders including technical directorate, subsurface, well construction & integrity, offshore division and operations
  • Work collaboratively within the organisation to achieve alignment on strategies and documentation required to achieve objectives
